Basement water damage

This customer suffered a water damage in their basement.  Luckily they did not have many contents that had to be dealt with in the affected area.  The flooring and walls are all concrete so nothing had to be removed or extracted.  SERVPRO of South Louisville moved contents, cleaned affected contents to be sure they weren't affected, cleaned contrete, set drying equipment and came back regularly to check the drying progress. 

Once the walls and floors were completely dry the concrete was cleaned to be sure the area was safe and ready for contents.  

It's always important to make sure that the cause of the leak is addresses so that it will not happen again.
