Communication is so often overlooked in many businesses, many times it’s a case of get the job done and hope the customer is happy. At SERVPRO of South Louisville we know that communication is one of the most vital components of a completed process. We strive to make sure that when we are in front of an agent, adjuster, manager or homeowner that the lines of communication are open, clear and we are all on the same page. Here at SERVPRO we verify how much communication is wanted or needed, an agent may only want to be communicated with when the job has stated and finished, another may want to be updated on a daily basis. The key is always finding out how much communication the customer or client wants on any given job at any given time. Having the right communication skills can mean the difference of doing a good job and leaving the customer satisfied or leaving them with the perfect experience.
