Hurricane Laura Happy Customer

Being a part of the Storm Team at SERVPRO means having the knowledge and willpower to work through a devastating circumstance.

At SERVPRO of South Louisville our team went to Lake Charles following Hurricane Laura.  They encountered many customers with a wide variety of issues after the storm ripped through the area.  Below is a review from a very happy customer.

"Derek and Rhett were absolutely a God send after Hurricane Laura. Like for real I checked for angel wings a few times! They were so kind and responsive. Speaking of responsive, I cannot believe how quickly SERVPRO came in, evaluated our home, and got the job done. As a fellow business owner I recognize the fact that your "boots on the ground" are the face of your company. I seriously could not imagine two men that I would be more than happy to be the face of my company. You've got a great asset with those two. Keep up the good work SERVPRO!!
