SERVPRO of South Louisville was called to the University of Louisville campus after a sprinkler pipe burst on the 4th floor of a dormitory.
SERVPRO of South Louisville was on scene quickly with the manpower and equipment necessary to start mitigating the disaster. Crews began working with a moving company to packout and remove affected contents. Then the demo team went in and began removing ceiling tiles, flooring, baseboards and drywall so that the drying process could get underway.
SERVPRO of South Louisville has the equipment necessary to get a large building dried out with the desiccant, air movers, and dehumidifiers. We are working diligently with the consultant to be sure the job is done one time. After the drying process is complete our crews will turn the building over to the reconstruction team. After the reconstruction is completed SERVPRO will do the post construction cleaning of the entire facility including all living spaces and duct work.
We pride ourselves in truly making it "Like it never even happened."
